   Why are my thoughts continually brought back to this little hotel in Bocas del Toro, Panama?  Especially in the dark, rainy gloomy winters of this area, I often long for this funky little hotel over the Carribean.  And I think of the owner, Claudio, often.  Originally from Memphis, he said that back in the 90s, he was looking for a place to store his boat and do some fishing, and ended up settling in this amazing town and starting this wonderful hotel.
